Helmets are available for a daily rental fee ($5.70). Although not mandatory, they are highly recommended.	(Check the Box) Yes, I would like my teen to rent and wear a helmet while involved in outdoor snow activities at Mt. Washington. (If yes, please make sure the RENTAL portion of this form is also filled out with indication that a helmet rental is needed.)
